Upgrade or downgrade
Change your plan as your needs change.
You can change plan whenever you like, and the change takes effect on your account straight away.
Upgrade
- Go to Billing (or the pricing page) and choose the plan you want.
- Confirm the change.
You get the new plan's higher limits, faster checks, extra channels, and advanced checks right away.
Downgrade
- Go to billing.
- Choose a lower plan, or cancel to return to Free.
Before you downgrade
Lower plans allow fewer monitors, slower checks, fewer alert channels, and shorter history. If you are over the new plan's limits, tidy up first: pause or delete monitors you no longer need, and make sure your remaining monitors use channels the lower plan supports. See the plan comparison.
Switching between monthly and annual
You can move between monthly and annual billing from the billing screen. Annual is cheaper over a year.
